Alltek's trained safety personal can provide an informative training session on Arc Flash and the requirements under the new CSA Z462 standard that has been introduced as of 2009. This session covers the requirements of Z462 and informs the contractor of their obligations to meet or exceed the due diligence aspect of any safety program. Our trained staff will also be able to go over the requirements for working in the field around live energized components.

This is not an enforced standard but if an accident or incident occurs the employer could be charged. If charged due diligence must be proven, due diligence means having referenced best practices such as CSA Z462.
